The Controller, in connection with its business activities, processes exclusively the following personal data within the meaning of the Regulation: first name, surname, educational attainment (academic title), telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address, and job position (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data”).
The above-mentioned Personal Data shall be processed and stored by the Controller on the legal basis of informed consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”).
All such data shall be processed and retained by the Controller only for the period strictly necessary, but no longer than 60 days from the date they were provided to the Controller.
The purpose of processing such data is to provide or deliver a requested price quotation for the Controller’s products/services.
Persons whose personal data are processed by the Controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subjects”) have the right to withdraw their Consent at any time.
